To assist us with addressing your queries, you can also send us the following documents / information as relevant for your matter:

  • Passport
  • Australian visa grant notice or visa label
  • Relevant correspondence such as visa cancellation notice, refusal correspondence and decision record, correspondence with the MRT, RRT or AAT etc.
  • Resume (with a detailed and complete description of your work history and post high school education history)
  • Post high school qualifications
  • Skill assessment outcome
  • Any relevant licensing or registration
  • If you know the visa that you want to apply for, please specify
  • Documents that are specifically relevant to the eligibility requirements that you need to satisfy. For example, if you are applying for a Resident Return visa and you need to demonstrate ‘substantial ties’ with Australia, then evidence of your ties or a description of the ties that you intend to claim
  • If you have a sponsor / employer for your visa, then any documents or information that is relevant to the sponsor / employer such as confirmation of Australian Business Number, recent Business Activity Statements, Financial statements, organisational chart etc.

The professional fee that we charge usually ranges from $1,000 to $4,000, depending on the complexity of your matter: 

  • 457 visa and/or nomination: $2,000 – $4,000
  • Standard Business Sponsorship application (required for 457 visa): $2,000 – $4,000
  • ENS 186 visa and/or nomination: $3,000 – $4,000
  • RSMS 187 visa and/or nomination: $3,000 – $4,000
  • Spouse or de-facto partner visa: $3,000 – $5,000
  • Investment 188 visa: Please call us for a quote
  • Skilled independent 189 visa: $3,000 – $4,000
  • Stated sponsored 190 or 189 visa: $3,000 – $4,000
  • Graduate 485 visa: $2,000 - $3,000
  • Renewing permanent residency – Resident return 155 visa: $1,000 – $4,000
  • Temporary visitor 600 visa: $1,000 – $3,000
  • Temporary highly specialised work 400 visa: $2,000 – $3,000
  • Application for work rights as a bridging visa holder: $1,000 – $2,000
